Meet Cal

Hi, I’m Cal, a wellbeing practitioner based in South Wales, UK. My journey into this work began through a background in performance and dance, which eventually led me to yoga and the wider field of holistic wellbeing.

After training in Asia, I began shaping an approach that combines mindful movement, evidence-informed practices, and space for reflection. My focus is on helping people who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or disconnected to slow down, realign, and rebuild a more sustainable sense of balance and wellbeing.
