Meet Cal

Hi, I’m Cal, a wellbeing practitioner based in South Wales, UK. My journey into this work began through a background in performance and dance, which eventually led me to yoga and the wider field of holistic wellbeing.

After training in Asia, I began shaping an approach that combines mindful movement, evidence-informed practices, and space for reflection. My focus is on helping people who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or disconnected to slow down, realign, and rebuild a more sustainable sense of balance and wellbeing.

Discover a fresh perspective on Welsh wellbeing

Discover the quiet wisdom of Wales and how it can guide a happier, cosier life. Rooted in land, language and lived experience, this book explores themes such as cwtch, hiraeth, enoughness, home, community, song and storytelling.

Through reflection and gentle guidance, it invites readers to slow down, reconnect and carry a sense of home with them wherever they go. Blending Welsh tradition with insight into wellbeing, it offers practical and soulful ways to live with warmth, presence and care in a busy world.

Perfect for anyone drawn to Welsh culture, mindful living, or simple, meaningful ways of being.
