Meet Cal

Cal is a wellbeing practitioner who blends yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and therapeutic practices to offer a holistic approach to teaching and healing. His guidance is grounded, intuitive, and deeply nurturing, creating a space where trainee teachers can explore, learn, and embody the practice with confidence.

By combining modern therapeutic insight with traditional yogic wisdom, Cal supports trainees in developing a steady, resilient mind–body connection, improving mobility, and cultivating their own authentic teaching voice. He encourages safe exploration and meaningful growth, with the aim of helping each teacher-in-training feel empowered, centred, and fully prepared to guide others with skill and heart.
