Hi, I’m Cal!
A yoga therapist and trainer who weaves together yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and a variety of therapeutic practices. I offer a holistic approach to healing on every level. My teaching is grounded, intuitive, and deeply nurturing, creating a space where you can ease stress, release tension, and reconnect with your natural sense of balance.
Blending modern therapeutic insight with traditional yogic wisdom, I help you build lasting confidence, improve mobility, and develop a steadier, more resilient mind–body connection while also encouraging you to safely push your limits for meaningful, transformative progress. My aim is simple: to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more at home within yourself.
