Your retreat will be guided by Cal from Hapus Yogi and Hayley from Cat Cow Co, two passionate teachers who bring together the worlds of science and spirituality.

✨ Hayley – A former nurse practitioner turned yoga hero, Hayley’s deep understanding of the body and anatomy is unmatched. She bridges the gap between medical knowledge and spiritual practice, offering a grounded yet transformative approach to yoga.
