Since 2016, I’ve taught yoga and holistic wellbeing across Europe and 4 other continents, running retreats and working 1:1 in holistic wellbeing therapies.

I am a 500 ERYT yoga instructor holding qualifications in massage, personal training, exercise for GP referral, heart/lung rehab, and counselling. My focus is on yoga therapy for burnout, stress, anxiety, fatigue, and chronic pain.
