Hi, I’m Cal, a wellbeing practitioner based in South Wales, UK. My background as a performer and dance teacher led me into yoga and holistic wellbeing, teaching across the UK, Europe and beyond.

After training in Asia, I began shaping an approach that blends movement, evidence-informed tools and reflective practice, designed to support clarity, balance and long-term wellbeing.
