Other important information

Check in

You will receive communications about your designated accommodation so you will be able to check in on your arrival. However, once you are settled you will need to head to the check-in area for the event. The location will also be given to you before arrival. Here, Cal will be available to check you in, give you your passes, and answer any questions you might have to make your stay the best it can be.

Transport on the island

As the yoga festival is based in the city and we will be practicing all around, we will have a special bus service available to get you where you need to be. The bus pass is optional but recommended, and is available at check-in from Cal.

ECG under Italian law

Under Italian law, everyone who comes to Italy to partake in a sporting event that involves exercise is required to take an ECG before hand to ensure your safety. This can be done at home by asking your GP or we have an onsite Doctor at the check-in venue to do this for you for a small fee.

Meet the instructors

Meet Cal

A wellbeing practitioner who weaves together yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and therapeutic practices, Cal offers a holistic approach to healing on every level. His teaching is grounded, intuitive, and deeply nurturing, creating a space where you can ease stress, release tension, and reconnect with your natural sense of balance.

Blending modern therapeutic insight with traditional yogic wisdom, Cal helps you build lasting confidence, improve mobility, and develop a steadier, more resilient mind–body connection — while also encouraging you to safely push your limits for meaningful, transformative progress. His aim is simple: to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more at home within yourself.

Meet Miz

Miz draws on dance, martial arts, and years of exploring movement after a spinal injury, blending physiology with tradition to create a fresh, intuitive approach to yoga. Trained in Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Somatics, and everything from Neural Flossing to Kalaripayattu, her classes are an eclectic mix of inventive movement, grounding practice, and genuine fun.

With over 15 years’ experience teaching everyone from athletes to desk-bound creatives, she specialises in sessions that weave breathwork, Qigong, and mindful control into accessible, inspiring journeys through the body. Miz’s teaching balances curiosity with calm, complexity with playfulness, leaving you energised, centred, and more deeply connected to your own sensitivity and strength.
