  • The Hapus Hub Online is a self-guided wellbeing platform designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and mind. It uses structured, evidence-informed tools alongside reflective guidance to support clarity, balance and sustainable change, all at your own pace.

  • No experience is needed. The Hapus Yogi approach is designed to meet you where you are. Everything is explained in clear, accessible language, with guidance that can be adapted to your needs, abilities and experience level.

  • Rather than focusing solely on physical practice, the Hapus Yogi method combines movement with structured assessment, reflection and practical wellbeing tools. The aim is to help you understand why something is showing up, not just how to manage it.

  • Yes. The Hapus Hub is fully self-paced, allowing you to move through the content in a way that fits around your life. You can revisit sections at any time and take as much or as little time as you need.

  • If you’d like additional guidance, you can choose to work directly with Cal through one-to-one wellbeing sessions, available online or in person in South Wales. The Hapus Hub can also be used alongside personalised support.
